Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Policies apply to educational services and digital learning content provided by AudioraSpace CIC.

Terms & Conditions

1. About AudioraSpace CIC

AudioraSpace CIC provides psychological education, mental health education, professional learning and reflective learning activities.

Our services may include digital learning memberships, recorded educational content, courses, lectures, seminars, study groups, workshops and other educational activities.

All services and materials are provided for educational purposes only. They do not constitute counselling, psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, medical treatment, medical advice or crisis support.

Participation in an AudioraSpace service does not create a therapeutic, counselling or clinical relationship between AudioraSpace CIC and the participant.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated.

Some activities may be particularly relevant to students, practitioners or people working in psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, mental health, education or related fields. Formal qualifications are not required unless specifically stated on the relevant service page.

3. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for deciding whether a service or learning activity is suitable for their personal or professional circumstances.

Educational content provided by AudioraSpace CIC should not be used as a substitute for individual medical, psychological or other professional advice.

4. Confidentiality

For live group activities, participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.

Personal information or experiences shared by other participants must not be recorded, reproduced or shared outside the learning environment without appropriate permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, educational materials, recordings, written materials and original teaching content provided by AudioraSpace CIC remain the intellectual property of AudioraSpace CIC or the relevant content owner.

Membership access and purchased learning materials are provided for the participant’s personal use only.

Content must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, publicly shared or made available to another person without prior permission.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants.

AudioraSpace CIC reserves the right to restrict or remove access where behaviour is seriously disruptive, abusive, unlawful or compromises the safety or integrity of the learning environment.

Any refund in such circumstances will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Delivery Policy

1. Online Delivery

Our services are delivered primarily online and may include live video sessions, recorded digital content, online learning materials and other digital educational resources, as described on the relevant service or programme page.

No physical goods are supplied unless explicitly stated.

2. Annual Learning Membership

The AudioraSpace Annual Learning Membership provides access to online digital educational content for 12 months.

The current membership price and details of the content included are displayed on the Annual Learning Membership page before purchase.

New recorded learning content is normally added throughout the membership period.

After successful payment, members will receive access to the relevant membership content or instructions explaining how to access it.

The Annual Learning Membership is currently purchased through a one-off payment and does not renew automatically.

3. Live Programmes and Events

Courses, study groups, seminars, workshops and other live activities may take place on specified dates and times.

The format, duration, price and content of each activity will be stated on the relevant programme or event page.

Access information for online live activities will normally be provided before the activity takes place.

4. Recordings

Live sessions are not routinely recorded.

Where a live session involving participants is recorded, participants will be informed in advance and appropriate consent will be obtained where required.

Recorded educational content created specifically for digital learning or membership services may be made available to members or purchasers without involving live participants.

Personal data contained in recordings will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.

5. Technical Requirements and Access

Participants are responsible for having a suitable device and internet connection to access online services.

If you experience difficulty accessing digital content that you have purchased, please contact AudioraSpace CIC and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Annual Learning Membership

The Annual Learning Membership provides 12 months of access to online digital educational content for a one-off payment.

If you experience problems accessing your membership content, please contact us at info@audioraspace.com.

If you wish to cancel your membership or request a refund, please contact us at info@audioraspace.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, taking into account the nature and timing of any digital content already supplied.

The Annual Learning Membership does not renew automatically.

2. Live Programmes, Study Groups and Events

Fees are stated on the relevant programme or event page before registration or payment.

If you wish to cancel your place, please contact us at info@audioraspace.com as soon as possible.

Where cancellation takes place before an activity begins, any refund will be considered in accordance with the terms stated for that activity and applicable UK consumer law.

Once a programme or event has begun, fees are normally non-refundable except where required by law or agreed by AudioraSpace CIC in exceptional circumstances.

3. Cancellation or Changes by AudioraSpace CIC

AudioraSpace CIC may occasionally need to cancel, postpone or make reasonable changes to a programme, event or learning activity because of circumstances such as facilitator availability, insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances.

If AudioraSpace CIC cancels a paid activity and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, participants will be offered an appropriate refund for the affected activity or unused portion of the service.

4. Missed Live Sessions

Refunds are not normally provided where a participant is unable to attend a scheduled live session.

Where appropriate and available, alternative learning materials or other reasonable arrangements may be offered, but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. Digital Content and Technical Problems

If purchased digital content cannot be accessed, please contact us at info@audioraspace.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where we are unable to provide the purchased digital service, an appropriate remedy or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that unexpected circumstances may arise.

Requests relating to exceptional circumstances will be considered individually and reasonably, taking into account the service purchased and any applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
