Our Community Wellbeing Support service offers accessible, psychologically informed guidance for individuals and families seeking clarity and stability in their daily lives. We provide one-to-one support, practical navigation of health and social care services, and reflective conversations that help people understand their needs and build resilience. Grounded in relational approaches and cultural sensitivity, the service aims to reduce isolation, enhance emotional wellbeing, and empower community members to make informed choices about their support and development.
Individual Wellbeing Support
Our team offers short-term supportive conversations delivered by practitioners with a psychology background, available both online and in person. This service provides a safe space for individuals to explore emotional stress, relationship difficulties, and the challenges of living across cultures.
Wellbeing Navigation
We offer one-to-one guidance to help individuals understand and connect with relevant services, including GP practices, IAPT/NHS psychological support, social care teams, and housing or welfare agencies. We support clients in articulating their needs, understanding referral pathways, and, where appropriate, developing the confidence to advocate for themselves.
Wellbeing Groups
We provide community-based workshops on topics such as recognising depression and anxiety, managing migration-related stress, and improving family communication. We also facilitate supportive groups, such as programmes for immigrant mothers and youth growth groups, to encourage emotional support, shared experience, and community connection.
How It Works
The service is structured around three simple steps designed to help you get started and receive clear, practical support throughout the process.
1
Step 1: Contact us
Email us at info@audioraspace.com, briefly describing your situation or the type of support you are looking for.
2
Step 2: Wellbeing Appointment
We will arrange a 30–50 minute online Wellbeing Appointment to understand your needs, clarify your goals, and identify which services or pathways may be most helpful.
3
Step 3: Receive Your Wellbeing Plan
After the initial appointment, you will receive a personalised Wellbeing Plan outlining your key needs, recommended service pathways, practical next steps, and useful resources. For individuals who may benefit from additional emotional support, we can also refer you to our internal wellbeing team for one-to-one or group support options.
