Terms & Conditions

  1. About:AudioraSpace CIC provides educational and learning-based programmes focused on psychoanalytic theory, observation-oriented approaches, reflective practice, and professional development. All activities are offered for educational purposes only. They do not constitute psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical services, diagnosis, or crisis support.
  2. Nature of Services AudioraSpace CIC offers online educational services including courses, lectures, seminars, and structured study groups. Services are delivered in a group-learning format and are designed to support reflective thinking, learning, and professional understanding.

Participation in any programme does not create a therapeutic, counselling, or clinical relationship between AudioraSpace CIC and participants.

  1. Eligibility Programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and over. Some activities may be particularly relevant to professionals or trainees in counselling, psychology, education, or related fields, though formal qualifications are not required unless explicitly stated.
  2. Participant Responsibility Participants are responsible for determining whether a programme is suitable for their personal or professional circumstances. AudioraSpace CIC does not provide individual psychological advice and is not responsible for personal decisions made based on learning content.
  3. Confidentiality Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of group discussions. Any personal material shared during sessions must remain within the learning space and must not be recorded, reproduced, or shared externally.
  4. Intellectual Property All course materials, written documents, and teaching content remain the intellectual property of AudioraSpace CIC unless otherwise stated. Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
  5. Code of Conduct AudioraSpace CIC reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme if behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or compromises the learning environment. In such circumstances, refunds are not guaranteed.

Delivery Policy

  1. Method of Delivery All services are delivered online via live video conferencing platforms unless otherwise stated. Access information will be provided prior to each session.
  2. Programme Structure Where applicable, programmes may run over a defined period. For example, the six-month study group includes two online sharing sessions per month, each lasting 90 minutes.
  3. Recordings Sessions are not routinely recorded. Where recording is required for educational or quality purposes, participants will be informed in advance and explicit consent will be obtained prior to any recording taking place. Any recordings will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. All personal data and identifiable information will be removed or anonymised wherever possible. Recordings will be stored securely, accessed only by authorised personnel, and retained only for as long as necessary for their stated purpose, after which they will be permanently deleted.
  4. Technical Requirements Participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet access and appropriate devices. AudioraSpace CIC is not responsible for individual technical issues that prevent attendance.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Programme Fees Programme fees are clearly stated at the point of registration. For multi-session or multi-month programmes, the stated fee covers the full duration unless otherwise specified.

For example, the six-month online study group has a total fee of £120, covering all scheduled sessions.

  1. Cancellation by Participant Cancellations must be submitted in writing via the official AudioraSpace CIC contact email.

If a cancellation request is received before the programme start date, a refund may be issued minus a reasonable administrative fee.

Once a programme has commenced, refunds are generally not provided, as places are limited and group continuity is essential for effective learning.

  1. Cancellation or Changes by AudioraSpace CIC AudioraSpace CIC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including facilitator unavailability or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to a future programme.
  2. Missed Sessions No refunds or partial refunds are offered for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
  3. Exceptional Circumstances In exceptional situations, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of AudioraSpace CIC. Any decision made in such cases is final.
