This service supports Chinese students studying in the UK through structured collaboration with university-based organisations. We work with Chinese Students and Scholars Associations (CSSA), international student offices, student wellbeing teams, Chinese community groups, and external education providers.
Studnts Wellbeing Support
Our team offers short-term supportive conversations delivered by practitioners with a psychology background, available online or on campus. This service provides a safe and confidential space for students to explore academic pressure, emotional stress, relationship concerns, cultural adjustment, and the challenges of studying and living in a new environment.
Studnets Wellbeing Navigation
We offer one-to-one guidance to help students understand and access relevant support services, including GP registration, university counselling teams, NHS psychological services, and crisis or welfare pathways. We support students in articulating their concerns, navigating referral processes, and, where appropriate, developing the confidence to advocate for their needs within both university and healthcare systems.
Wellbeing Groups
We provide workshops tailored to student experiences, covering topics such as recognising depression and anxiety, managing study-abroad stress, navigating cross-cultural relationships, and strengthening emotional resilience. We also facilitate supportive student groups where peers can share experiences, build connection, and support one another through the challenges of studying and living in a new environment.
How It Works
The service is structured around three simple steps designed to help you get started and receive clear, practical support throughout the process.
1
Step 1: Contact us
Email us at info@audioraspace.com, briefly describing your situation or the type of support you are looking for.
2
Step 2: Wellbeing Appointment
We will arrange a 30–50 minute online Wellbeing Appointment to understand your needs, clarify your goals, and identify which services or pathways may be most helpful.
3
Step 3: Receive Your Wellbeing Plan
After the initial appointment, you will receive a personalised Wellbeing Plan outlining your key needs, recommended service pathways, practical next steps, and useful resources. For individuals who may benefit from additional emotional support, we can also refer you to our internal wellbeing team for one-to-one or group support options.
